A registered representative since 2002, Matthew’s career began during a 3-year term at the Chicago Board Options Exchange with Knight Execution Partners (2000-2003). 6 years at JP Morgan Chase, and 5 years at Wells Fargo later, Matthew decided it was time to leave his broker’s license behind and helped build 83rd Street with his friend and colleague Robert W. Burns.
After learning firsthand how large firms take advantage of their clients, Matthew has taken the most effective and ethical practices from each job and used them to develop an investment philosophy that not only produces results but is also based on honesty.
Matthew lives in South Barrington with his wife and children. When not working hard for his clients, Matthew enjoys coaching baseball, running a non-competitive mens softball league, and cheering for Chicago sports. Bob has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has served in various roles, from Vice President of Commercial Lending at JP Morgan Chase to National Sales Manager at BankServ.

Bob lives in Vernon Hills with his wife and children. When not on the job, he enjoys being a grill master at a neighborhood barbecue, traveling, fishing, and cheering for Chicago sports.
